ZigBee relays

The ZigBee based on/off relay enables you to switch your equipment on or off remotely, e.g. by SMS, GPRS, Ethernet or by another communications path depending on the gateway.

The relay communicates with a ZigBee gateway (power meter integration or stand-alone).

The relay has built-in power meter functionality. This enables the user to monitor the power consumption of each appliance in the house - resulting in sharpened awareness of power waste and energy optimization.

Versions

The relay is available in three different versions:

• For wall plug mounting directly into the AC power outlet
• For DIN rail mounting making the user capable of configuring his home appliances in clusters and hence control a whole group of units instead of controlling each device separately
• 30A relay for heavy loads
• As a module with built-in relay functionality (for integration in third party products)
