ZigBee based on/off Relay for DIN Rail Mounting

The ZigBee based on/off relay for DIN rail mounting enables you to switch your equipment on or off remotely, e.g. by SMS, GPRS, ethernet or by another communications path depending on the gateway. The relay consists of a DIN rail unit with built-in relay. It communicates with a ZigBee gateway (built-in or stand-alone).

The ZigBee based DIN relay makes the user capable of configuring his home appliances in clusters and hence control a whole group of units instead of controlling each device separately.

Energy optimisation and awareness

The DIN relay also exists in a version with built-in power meter functionality. This enables the user to monitor the power conumption of each group of appliances in the house, resulting in sharpened awareness of power waste and energy optimisation.

All data loggings are transmitted to a data concentrator.
